A career that started as a PE teacher I value everyone’s potential and always aimed to inspire and aspire students to be happy, healthy and confident to know anything is possible. 


This has followed through into my personal training business – I genuinely believe that with the right support and guidance and support to set goals everyone can achieve what they want to achieve. 


As a trained counsellor and nutrition and diet qualifications, I spend much of my time coaching clients in building a healthy relationship with their food intake and changing mind sets of the purpose of food and how we need to make decisions on what we eat and when we eat. 


When we work out and when we eat, it should all be a pleasure, not a punishment, so I pride myself on putting people, of any starting fitness level on the path of self-care and positive approach to life.

Sarah Scrivener

HI I'M SARAH

I'm a 45 year old certified fitness professional with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry.


From a very young age I started my fitness journey attending dance classes and undertaking exams at different levels. Unfortunately I also struggled with my weight and suffered from more than one food disorder. As like many others I tried every fad diet which never gave any lasting results. Due to this, in my teenage years, I started attended local fitness classes which commenced my education in the rights and wrongs of exercise and diet. This is when I realised teaching and educating others correctly in nutrition and exercise, was something I would excel at.


In my early 20's I undertook an exercise to music course including nutrition and I have never looked back. This opened my eyes enabling me to educate others in the correct nutritional and exercise choices. Having suffered from weight issues and food disorders previously, this was when I realised I could help and support so many combat the same issues, help them make life changes and help them reach their personal goals and beyond.


I have continued extending my experience and qualifications by attending courses for specialised classes/training methods , gym monitor, advanced gym monitor and personal trainer.


With the right information, motivation and aptitude, dreams and goals can become a reality. Fitness levels are not an issue as I cater to all and can help progression. I can also help educate and change your outlook on nutrition and exercise for the better.


Another important aspect for me is that fitness should not be perceived as a choir. When training I ensure workouts are fun so they can slot into your life as a pleasure, making you excited for the next installment.

HI I'M CHARLIE

Hi I'm Charlie Cooper qualified online personal trainer now in my 60's,

wow where did that time go!

My passion and lifestyle is and has always been the fitness industry, I will continue to tread this path but now my focus has changed to helping, inspiring and motivating others. I provide the tools that are needed to make permanent life changes and also the ones that prevent you from stalling in reaching your goals. I'm aware of some of the barriers which come with the over 60 age group such as injuries, lack of flexibility, health issues, mobility and the fact that you may not have exercised for many years or even ever at all. I am here to help you and get you on your way safely .

Remember - You need to want it, set intentions and goals. If motivation is right you will achieve.


My background is running having run many marathons with a personal best time of 2hrs 56. I have competed in the Polar Race a 450 mile race to the North Pole which took just under a month to achieve. I have completed the 3 peaks challenge and run the south downs way. I am a qualified run coach and spin instructor as well as specialising in stability, core, functional training and mobility, plus strength and endurance.

I now look forward to helping you on your fitness journey. There is no reason why with consistency, focus, motivation and correct guidance you can not reach those goals and reach beyond, whatever the age ! I'm here to help you accomplish.
