‘I always wanted to help people, but a corporate career wasn’t fulfilling that desire. Little did I know that in my early 40s with the onset of Perimenopause – my life would change!’


Fuelled by the frustration of not knowing which way to turn for practical advice, I sought to get educated on ‘all things Menopause’.


I’ve spent much of my life living in the Middle East, US and now in Spain. Now, I’m a Certified Menopause Specialist Coach and Women’s Health Advocate -currently living my best life in Spain Costa Blanca – and it’s time to coach, support, and uplift the multitudes of Women going through this transition to confidently and effectively manage their symptoms and maintain healthy, happy lives. I am passionate about empowering and demystifying the menopause. This important life stage can be challenging, but it can also be the perfect opportunity to re-emerge and live your best chapter yet!


Together with Certified International Personal Trainer and Nutritionist AndyHeath & Repz Fitness Consultants, we have created a Menopause Relief program incorporating women specific exercise and nutrition, behaviour change psychology and coaching – meaning you get real results, just like I did.

As your Certified Menopause Specialist Coach, I am here to guide and support you on your journey through menopause. I understand that this phase of life can be challenging, both physically and emotionally. Thats why my goal is to help you achieve a range of positive outcomes, including:

Managing menopause symptoms, such as hot flashes and mood swings, so that you can feel more comfortable and confident in your daily life.

Consulting on a personalized nutrition and exercise plan with RepZ Fitness Consultants & Coach Andy. This will also include five 1-2-1 Coaching/Accountability calls in relation to the Fitness & Nutrition journey. One that is tailored to your unique needs, so that you can feel strong, healthy, and energized.

Enhancing your emotional and mental health through stress management techniques and mindfulness practices, so that you can feel more centred and at peace.

Improving your sleep patterns and quality of sleep, so that you can wake up feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Boosting your confidence and sense of empowerment as you navigate the menopause transition so that you can feel in control of your health and well-being.

With guidance and support, you can achieve all of these outcomes and more. Together, we

can create a personalized plan that will help you feel your best during this exciting new

phase of life.
